Religious Nuts Protesting at Our Soldiers Funerals

This is about as low as it gets...

The problem with living in a free country is that you have to take the good, in this case the freaking nuts, with the bad. Everyone that can read seems to think that they can interpret the Bible and the misguided folk at Kansas based Westboro Baptist Church seem to have come up with the stupid idea that God is punishing homosexuality by killing American soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Now I don't condone, support, or care much for homosexuality, but this is the most outrageous thing I've ever read about God. I believe if God had a beef to settle with the homosexuals then he'd take it up directly with them, not by killing someone they don't know who's stationed on the other side of the planet.

Their spokes person, Shirley Roper says: "Our goal is to help the nation connect the dots. You turn this nation over to the fags and our soldiers come home in body bags."

The protesters from Westboro Babtist Church show up at military funerals, with signs and chanting, saying things like "God loves IEDs" (roadside bombs), and "Thank God for dead troops". Make you mad? It should. Well, hear it from the horse's mouth (or other end as the case may be) and you'll see red for sure.

Somebody gag Her

Why these religious imbeciles can't just mix up some poison Kool-Aid and do themselves in I don't know.

Send the link to this post to everyone on in your address book if you agree that these people need to be stopped.

Give her a call her too!

It's a sad thing that Indiana has had to pass a law, which criminalizes disruptive behavior within 500 ft of a funeral. Those convicted face up to three years in prison.

The good thing about America is that the best in people comes out at times like this, read this post for the good news: Motorcycle riders defend fallen soldiers from religious protesters

Until next time...
