A Vote for Obama is a Vote for Absolute and Utter Incompetence...

A Vote for Obama is a Vote for Absolute and Utter Incompetence...

A Vote for Obama is a Vote for Absolute and Utter Incompetence...

No matter if you like Barack Obama or not, no matter if you think he would be a good President or not, everyone needs to realize that a vote for Barack Obama is a vote for the leaders of the Democratic majority: incompetents like Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, and Nancy Pelosi.

Barney Frank, Nancy Pelosi, Chris Dodd

Barney Frank, Nancy Pelosi, Chris Dodd - Bad News...

Barack Obama does not have a history in the United States Senate; he simply has not served long enough. However, if he is elected President, he will join the aforementioned Democrats in leading this country: this should scare any sane citizen. I was going to focus this article on Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, and Nancy Pelosi and outline why this is such a bad thing, however after detailing the problems with Barney Frank I had filled up the entire article. I will try to add additional articles on Dodd and Pelosi later!

Contributions from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to these guys:

  • Senator Christopher J. Dodd (D-CT) who chairs the Senate Banking Committee has received more than $165,000, more than anyone else.

  • Obama has received more than $125,000 in campaign contributions from employees and PAC (Political Action Committees) from Fannie and Freddie. AND THIS IN THE TIMESPAN OF A FEW SHORT YEARS.

  • Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY) has received more than $75,000.

  • Barney Frank has received $40,000.

Why Barney Frank is Bad News

  • Barney Frank > $40,000 in campaign donation since 1989.

  • Served on the House Banking Committee, now called the House Financial Services Committee, when he became a congressman in 1981.

  • In 2003 he became the ranking Democrat on the committee.

  • He became the chairman of the committee in 2007.

  • Spent 10 years in a homosexual relationship with a Fannie Mae executive, Herb Moses, while he was on the House Banking Committee.

  • The relationship ended 10 years ago. Barney Frank: the king of conflict of interest - why was he never investigated for this relationship?

  • Herb Moses was the assistant director for product initiatives at Fannie Mae and was leading the charge of relaxing lending restrictions for rural customers and their affordable housing and home improvement lending programs.

  • Moses left Fannie in 1998 to start his own pottery business.

  • Moses orchestrated an effort between Fannie Mae and the Department of Agriculture to purchase small farm loans.

  • In 1991 Barney Frank lobbied for Fannie to soften rules on multi-family mortgages when their default rate was twice that of single-family homes.

  • While Moses worked at Fannie Mae and was romantically involved with Barney Frank, Frank worked to support Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs).

  • In 1994 Fannie Mae asked Barney Frank to use his influence to stop a Housing & Urban Development (HUD) proposal to focus GSEs on minority and low-income buyers, because Fannie Mae didn't want to give up the urban middle class loans.

  • Frank has defended Fannie Mae when others saw obvious problems developing. In 2003 Frank opposed giving the Bush administration the right to approve or disapprove activities that could pose risk to the taxpayers. He told the Washington Post he worried the Treasury Department "would sacrifice activities that are good for consumers in the name of lowering the companies' market risks."

  • Barney Frank stopped reform efforts by the Bush Administration. He told The New York Times on Sept. 11, 2003, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's problems were "exaggerated," a gross miscalculation some five years later with costs estimated to be in the hundreds of billions.

  • Karl Rove, former Bush administration Deputy Chief of Staff, in September, 2008, said: "And I got to tell you, for five years, I was part of an effort at the White House to fight this and our biggest opponents on the Hill who blocked this every step of the way were people like Chris Dodd and Barney Frank. And Fannie and Freddie are the $200 billion contagion at the center of this."

You can see from the above items that we don't need people with questionable character like Barney Frank in our government, much less in leadership positions. Unfortunately, Chris Dodd, and Nancy Pelosi are cut from the same cloth. I believe that Barack Obama is also cut from the same cloth as evident from his lack of character displayed by his associations with radicals.

Below are several videos of Barney Frank everyone should watch...

How does Barney Frank keep getting elected? We do not need him teaming up with a Democratic President. The other two are just as bad!

Until next time,
Recoil
