Ok, so the title of this article is not a direct quote from Joe Biden. However, Slow Joe spoke in Charlotte, NC on Sunday, 9-14-2008. He did say that electing a black person to the White House would be a transformative event in American politics and internationally.
Biden put particular emphases on what it would mean to elect someone who is black.
Black or White should not matter and should not be a reason for voting for someone, much less a platform to run on.
What does it say about a candidate when the campaign message is "Vote for Me Because I'm Black"? Is that all they have left?
There's also a big hole in that plea. Obama is not all that black. In fact, he's more white than black. Read my previous article Barack Hussein Obama - Empty Suit for more info on his heritage.
So while the Democratic machine tries to bring down McCain and Palin by digging up anything they can on Sarah Palin... Biden's out there begging for votes based on Obama's skin color. Now there's a team you really want leading the country!
