It's taken me a little while to get around to writing about this. Barack Hussein Obama and his wife Michelle allowed the press to interview their daughters on his daughter Malia's 10th birthday.
Barack's True Colors...
Now that it's over, Obama says they'll probably not let it happen again. They said it was an exception, that they got carried away. Well DUH! But wake up Barack Hussein Obama - it's too late - your true colors are showing.
Clueless...
What kind of a presidential candidate would let the press interview his 10 and 7 year old daughters? Someone who is clueless. Someone who is more interested in HIS objectives than shielding and protecting his daughters. It reeks of nothing more than an attention getting gimmick.
As a country, we can't afford to have an inexperienced, clueless president who does not understand simple, common-sense things like this. What mistakes will he make as president when he gets "carried away"? What catastrophes will be "exceptions" then?
This is Not Mayberry...
The press is different these days. It's not like when JFK was running for office or was President. You can't actually trust the press to show any decorum or restraint. The press today, in general, only wants one thing, to get their byline on the front page or their segment aired on TV (just like Obama). If his daughters were older, maybe high school seniors, or in college, and if he were to be elected president (please don't let that happen), then it might be OK, but not at 7 and 10 years old, and not as a candidate. If he is elected President (please don't let that happen) and a well respected journalist wants to interview his daughters, then it might be OK as long as certain limits are established and followed. But as a candidate, again, it reeks of an attention getting gimmick.
Now before you think I don't know what I'm talking about, I have children. I have a daughter. It's been a few years since she was ten. I know, as a parent, you protect your children, not flaunt them around like a little dog in a handbag trying to get attention.
Enough said.
Please vote for John McCain - this country cannot survive Barack Hussein Obama as President.
In fact, go to www.johnmccain.com and sign up to the McCain team.

Recoil
